That's the first thing, I guess. I am obsessed with University Challenge. My household gets incredibly competitive at 8pm on a Monday night; Mum takes the Africa questions, Dad takes the politics, my sister takes the biology, and I, of course, take the literature and Classics.Second thing, that almost eclipses that epic first: I am currently in the process of applying for English and Classics at university. I study Latin at A-level et amo. Take a look at that beast Cicero to the right. I also love English, but solely out of school, since my Lit&Lang course seems to be actually aimed at piglets. Shudder.
I guess that the next most important thing in my life would have to be... music. Predictable, of course, but what else is a teenager supposed to rely on? As a general rule, I go for:
- folk
- indie
- musicals
- anything with character
And, as follows, I have a number of distinctive obsessions in my life... I'm trying to decide whether it's worth offering a list here, or simply starting on their inevitable individual posts now... I'll leave you in suspense methinks.

Goodness... There's not a whole lot to say about me. I hope there I can add to that in the next 70 years or so, else that's going to be a verrry boring funeral.
